About your Instructor Christina

With over 30 years of experience in fitness and wellness, I am a certified Exercise Physiologist and Life Coach dedicated to helping individuals improve both physical and mental well-being. My passion for exercise began more than three decades ago, when I experienced firsthand how consistent movement transformed my body, reduced stress, and increased my energy levels. That personal journey inspired me to help others achieve the same life-changing results through customized fitness coaching.

To deepen my understanding of the human body and work effectively with diverse populations, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Physiology in 2000. That same year, I became an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, a credential recognized as the gold standard in exercise prescription and scientific research. In 2020, I expanded my holistic approach to wellness by becoming a certified Life Coach through Wellcoaches, allowing me to support clients both physically and mentally.

I bring an empathetic, compassionate, and motivating approach to every client relationship. My goal is to empower individuals to build sustainable habits, stay engaged, and feel confident in their ability to reach long-term health and fitness goals.

I offer in-home personal training and fitness coaching, working with a wide range of clients—from young athletes looking to enhance performance to individuals focused on weight loss, strength, mobility, and overall health. By traveling directly to my clients’ homes, I provide convenient, personalized training in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Each fitness program is fully customized based on individual goals, fitness level, lifestyle, and needs. Whether you are new to exercise, returning after time away, or looking to elevate your current routine, I design safe, effective workouts rooted in exercise science. I pride myself on creating engaging sessions that adapt to different personalities while keeping clients motivated, accountable, and progressing toward their goals.

My services combine evidence-based exercise programming, personal training, and life coaching to support lasting results for both body and mind.
